All versions can be operated using our high efficiency gas burners. They are insulated with high density insulation for maximum heat retention.

The HYBRID versions include the additional option of wood/pellet firing, with dual-fuel usage (wood & gas). Equipped with a wood firing holder coated with heat-resistant paint and placed in a designated extension inside the oven to avoid loosing baking space.
